From the Foster: Keeley was an unclaimed stray who has amazed us with her smarts and obvious previous training. Keeley is a sweet and small snuggle buddy. She gets excited when guests come to visit her. She still needs to be reminded that she shouldn't jump up so much. We are doing much better in that area. Keeley loves kids but has not been tested with kids under 5 as of yet. Walkies are life for her. She loves to go for walks and enjoys all the sniffs and smells that they offer. She is your typical husky when walking with other dogs, as she needs to be the first one to the smells. If she is by herself or one of the lead dogs, she doesn't pull on her leash. Keeley kennels nicely when she is told, she may give you a few husky words for a few minutes that she would much rather go with you on your adventure. At night, she loves to cuddle up to her foster mom and sleep through the night there. She knows how to ring the bells on the door when she wants to go outside. Her typical husky nature will have her on rare occasions check the counters to make sure you have put all your food away. She wouldn't want it to spoil. She gets along with her foster sisters. She loves to play with them. Keeley would be an excellent addition to a pack, or even as a solo companion for the first time husky owner. This sweet little peanut would love to find her furever family!
